减压垫

• 客户必须满足1 or 2 or 3:

1)如果有过去的历史, or current pressure ulcer in the area of contact with seating surface; or

2) If there is absent or impaired sensation in the area of contact with the seating surface due to one of the diagnoses listed below; or

3)如果由于以下诊断之一而无法进行功能性体重转移

• 覆盖的诊断

1) The patient has a wheelchair 而且 the patient meets Medicare coverage criteria for it; 而且
